The Texas Panhandle Youth Environmental Summit is set for June 26th through 28th. It's for students who are interested in wildlife and habitat conservation. The summit will feature guest speakers from different organizations and will teach students how to make a positive impact in their community.
Students in grades 7-9 are encouraged to apply. One delegate from each of the 26 counties in the Panhandle will be chosen. There is no cost to attend. Applications are due June 5th and can be picked up at the Zoo.
