The List Is In! 2014 Emmy Nominations

HBO's fantasy "Game of Thrones" dominated the day with 19 nominations, including best drama series. Close behind were two FX shows. The quirky "Fargo" mini-series earned an impressive 18 nominations. "American Horror Story: Coven" received 17. "Breaking Bad" picked up 16 nominations for its final season run, including best drama series and best actor for Bryan Cranston.

The comedy series category pits veteran shows "Modern Family", "Louie", "Veep" and "The Big Bang Theory" against two new shows, HBO's "Silicon Valley" and "Orange is the New Black" from Netflix. Netflix had an even bigger showing in only its second year as an original programmer, earning a total of 31 nominations, including another best drama series nod for "House of Cards".

Tallying up nominations by network, HBO dominated with 99, followed by CBS with 47, and NBC with 46.

The winners will be presented on the live broadcast of the Emmys, Monday, August 25th on NBC. Seth Meyers will host.
