Taylor's Winning Deviled Eggs

6 eggs 
4 tbs mayo
3/4 tsp garlic powder
Chili powder to personal taste
1 large carrot
6 olives
Ice water

In pan on med or high heat, put eggs in cold water. Bring to boil. Boil 10 minutes.

Remove eggs and put directly into ice water to "shock " eggs.  This prevents eggs from cooking more.

Wait 10 minutes.  Tip: Roll eggs to crack all over and then start to peel on the big bottom for easier peel.

Slice carrot. Then take a slice & cut a triangle (nose).

Slice olives (eyes).

Cut tops of eggs off instead of normal length wise and remove yolks.

Place yolks in a bowl. Add mayo and garlic powder; mix well.

Over stuff the eggs and put the tops back on. Then, put on the carrot nose & olive eyes.

*** Measurements of garlic and mayo may need to be slightly adjusted due to egg & yolk size. Add and subtract to smoothness and personal preference.***
