Quick and Easy Breakfast Ideas

Breakfast is an important meal because better nutrition means better performance, but according to Jill Killian, a Sherman County Extension Agent and Allissa Palmer, a Sherman County 4-H member, many people are skipping this important meal. 

Each day, you should get an average of three glasses of milk (or dairy equivalent), two to three cups of veggies and one to two cups of fruits.  That's nearly five cups of veggies and fruits a day.  Jill and Allissa suggest you should drink your veggies in the morning with a quick and easy smoothie.
