Sharon H. Kneiss is the president and CEO of the National Waste & Recycling Association, which represents private waste and recycling companies. She served as vice president, products division with the American Chemistry Council. She also served as a public spokesperson on critical issues before Congress and high-profile media.
Anne M. Germain, director of waste and recycling technology serves as the associations technical expert on waste management and recycling. Germain also served as the engineering and technology chief for the Delaware Solid Waste Authority, the international president of the Solid Waste Association of North America and served on the editorial advisory board of MSW Management: The Journal for Municipal Solid Waste Professionals.
