Chef Fabio Viviani, known for becoming a fan favorite on the hit show, Top Chef, grew up in Italy and loves to incorporate his heritage into the kitchen. On-screen, Viviani is perhaps best known for his appearance on season 5 of Bravos hit series Top Chef, earning the coveted title of Fan Favorite. A gregarious host and entertaining guest, Viviani most recently appeared in the spinoff culinary reality show Life After Top Chef and hosts a regular spot on QVC. He is also the host of the award-winning web series Chow Ciao! on Yahoo! Off-screen, Viviani is the author of several successful cookbooks and e-books including, Café Firenze Cookbook, Did I Really Make Breakfast? and Fabio's Italian Kitchen.
