BL Bistro's Spring Salad

Ingredients:
- Spring Mix
- 1/4 cup Dried Cranberry
- 1/4 cup Orange Pieces
- 1-2 Sliced Roma Tomato
- 1-2 Sliced Hearts of Palm 
- 1 diced Cucumber
- 1 Red Onion
- 1/4 cup Sunflower Seed
- 1T Red Wine Vinegar
- 1T Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Feta
- Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Mix ingredients toss with vinegar and oil. Add cheese and serve with toasted bread.
