- 4-5 oz Salmon Filet
- 1/4 cup Snow Peas & Edamame, shelled
- 1/2 tsp Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Shallots
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 head of Cauliflower, quartered
- 2 cup Oil, for frying
