For most kids out there, report cards came out last week.  Belinda Palacios, from Cal Farley's Boys Ranch, has some tips on making sure your kids are getting the most out of their grades.

First, parents should talk to teachers to understand what is going on with a child's grades.  It's important to remember that not every child will have the same aptitude and there is no shame in learning disabilities.

This is a good time to inquire about tutorials or other interventions.  Don't let it go too long.

Finally, learning should be fun.  Parents should raise children to be liftetime learners.  Post-secondary education is key to a quality adult life.
