BREWSTER COUNTY -- Brewster County Sheriff's Deputies say three Ukrainian men were arrested Sunday morning.
It started with a phone call to the Sheriff's office from a rancher who said three men came to him claiming to be lost hikers and tourists and asked to use his phone.
The rancher said he offered to call the Sheriff's office for them, and then they took off running.
Brewster County officials were able to find the men, who were identified as being of Ukrainian origin.
Their names are Oleksander Zelinsky, Vadym Berban, and Oleskii Storozhuk.
Officials say they believe these men crossed the Texas-Mexico border illegally to enter the US.
