Gay Scout Leader Removed

-
(KING)  Boy Scouts of America announced Monday it has removed the outspoken gay leader of a Seattle, Washington-based troop after he "deliberately injected" his sexuality into Scouting.

Troop 98 Scoutmaster Geoff McGrath said he was being profiled by NBC News when the outlet posted on its website his membership was "revoked", information he has yet to hear himself from the organization.

"We expected better," said McGrath, "We played our part in a transparent way and are surprised they wouldn't back up their decision."
