(KTVB) An Idaho family is outraged following the death of their family dog.
A Filer, Idaho police officer shot the dog in the front yard of its family's house while a boy's birthday party was being held inside.
Officer Tarek Hassani was called to the subdivision on a report of two large dogs running loose.
As the squad car's dash cam rolled, the officer could be seen kicking one of the dogs, which retreated to its front lawn as Hassani drew his pistol. Moments later he fired the deadly shot and proceeded to the door.
