Charles Tyler Raybaswell, 19, is charged with 3 counts of aggravated robbery and evading arrest.
Police say Saturday evening Raybaswell walked into the Zoom Zoom's Number 1 convenience store on Seymour Highway armed with a long metal pipe.
They say after threatening the clerk-- he took an undetermined amount of money from the register and a packaged material, then ran from the store. Police say Raybaswell was found nearby with the pipe and money falling behind him as he ran.
Police say Raybaswell admitted to the two armed robberies committed last Thursday and Friday at 5th Street Discount Store. In those robberies a baseball bat was used.
Officers say he eventually admitted to all three robberies, and told them he had to get more K2 no matter what, and couldn't believe clerks would be willing to die rather than hand it over to him.
According to the affidavit Raybaswell told police he got K2 from one store in addition to money. His bonds now total more than $300,000.
