A Wise County judge killed in a head on collision will be laid to rest this week. Authorities say Justice of the Peace Terri Johnson was driving the wrong way and struck a Chevy Trailblazer head on south of Decatur.

Johnson was pronounced dead at the scene. Her funeral is Friday afternoon at First Baptist Church in Decatur.

The Wise County Messenger reports that there were a number of 911 calls reporting an erratic driver prior to the crash. The paper says Johnson was a diabetic and medical issues have not been ruled out.

Juan Rios and his mother, Terry Rios, of Quanah, and 35-year-old Amy Dee Culwell of Chillicothe were also killed. Juan and Amy's 4-year-old daughter was flown to Cook Children's Hospital in Fort Worth.

Their arrangements are pending with Smith Funeral Home in Quanah. DPS officials are still investigating the crash.
