CLOVIS -- A Curry County jury found Scott Allen Foster, 38, guilty of Trafficking Controlled Substances and Conspiracy to Traffic Controlled Substances.
Officials arrested Foster on October 2, 2013, and he has been free on bond since the date of his arrest.
Foster, who has two previous convictions for drug trafficking, faces a mandatory minimum of 22 years in prison and a maximum of 39 years.
District Attorney Reeb stated, “We are extremely pleased with the jury's verdict in this case. Scott Foster is known to be one of Clovis's biggest drug dealers and he will now be taken off the streets for many years."
