Rows and rows of gifts fill the Rex Baxter building as volunters organize presents for more than a thousand little angels.
"This is the most fun volunteering project you can do, because it's like working in Santa's workshop," Catherine Meck, with the Salvation Army said.
The Salvation Army will spend the week playing Santa, with the help of a lot of elves.
They're preparing for pick up days this wekeend, but they still need more help.
"These volunteers have been such a big help, and we actually need more volunteers," Rochelle Rojas, the Angel Tree Coordinator said.
The warehouse is a well-oiled machine. Each angel is assigned a number, so when parents come to pic, up these gifts, they're easy for volunteers to find. But, it's not just Angel Tree presents at the warehouse.
"We have our nursing home presents, our senior presents, our teen christmas and all the angel tree, presents as well as all these wonderful bikes, "Meck said.
It truly is like Santa's warhouse, bringing Christmas to those in need here on the High Plains.
