SANTA FE, N.M. -- The New Mexico court of appeals has upheld the 2008 conviction of cult leader Wayne Bent.
Bent was sentenced to ten years for criminal sexual contact and delinquency of a minor.

Bent was the leader a religious cult located north of Clayton, New Mexico at the time of the incident and his conviction..
