AMARILLO -- Volunteers with the American Red Cross are now at two locations for those in need of support following the Fritch wildfires.

Volunteers will be located at the Clubhouse (219 Alibates) and Celebrate Family Church (811 E. Broadway) to provide one-on-one casework for each family impacted by the fire from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at each location today, depending on the weather.

In addition, Red Cross volunteers and employees from Bell Helicopter will begin to canvass areas that weren’t impacted by the fire to talk about wildfire safety, pet safety during a disaster and provide residents material with planning ideas and how to better prepare for another wildfire.
