AMARILLO -- It will be at least two more weeks before we find out if any charges will be brought against anyone in the Amarillo Animal Control case.
The Randall County District Attorney presented evidence to a grand jury today but, plans to present more the next time they meet in two weeks.
The DA and Amarillo Police are investigating animal control over allegations of improper euthanasia practices.
The director and assistant director remain on administrative leave while the case continues.
