AMARILLO -- A man indicted for murder last year in Potter County has made a plea deal.

23-year-old Tony Spangler entered a guilty plea to aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon.

The deal was in exchange for the murder charge being dropped.

Spangler and two other people were indicted in may of last year for the December 2012 death of Leonard Torres.

Torres was shot and killed while trying to break into a home on Arthur.
