PLAINVIEW -- A Plainview High School student has filed a lawsuit in federal court against the School District and Plainview Police.

In court documents the student claims harassment and violation of constitutional rights by on campus police officers.

She claims on two occasions they pulled her from class to search her for drugs.

She also says that on multiple occasions they made threats toward her, a step-brother, her mother, and father.

She is asking for a half a million dollars and lawyers fees in damages.
