Penn State Prosecutions?

(NBC News) An eyewitness to the child sex abuse at Penn State University testified today on whether the school's administrators tried to cover up the scandal.

Three former Penn State officials including President Graham Spanier, Athletic Director Tim Curley and Vice President Gary Schultz are accused of covering up the Jerry Sandusky child sex abuse scandal at Penn State.

A judge in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania is deciding this week whether they should stand trial.
