AMARILLO --  The Panhandle Angels Foundation is holding their four person golf scramble  at Ross Rogers Golf Course (Wild Horse Course) from 1 p.m. to 5:30 p.m..

Hooters provided lunch and Joe Daddy's is providing dinner to participants.

The Panhandle Angels Foundation is a non-profit organization which has been providing support to families who have children fighting cancer in our Panhandle since 2008. They provide monetary help to our families when in need for all those extra expenses that come from dealing with fighting cancer.

This past year alone the organization has helped 17 families in the community and gave a college scholarship to a graduating senior that is a cancer survivor.
