Pampa Convenience Store Robbery Suspect Arrested

PAMPA -- On Thursday at 8:35 a.m. the Pampa Police Department were called out to the Allsups Convenience store at 1025 W Wilks.  While enroute, Officers were told that the suspect, 20-year-old Garrett Redmond, had fired a weapon inside the store and fled the scene in a vehicle headed towards Amarillo on Hwy 60.

DPS and Gray County Sheriff’s Office located and performed a traffic stop on the vehicle approximately 10 miles west of Pampa on Highway 60.  After confirming involvement, the suspect was taken into custody without further incident. 

Redmond was booked into the Gray County Jail on one count of Aggravated Robbery.

There were no injuries reported.
