One More Charge for Billy Ivy, Jr.

AMARILLO - Billy Ivy, Jr. has been indicted again, this time in Randall County for Arson of a Habitation.

Ivy was sentenced to 41 months in federal prison on Monday after pleading guilty to federal weapons charges.

He has also faced two other arson charges and an at least six charges between both Potter and Randall Counties involving a murder for hire plot.

Testimony in federal court by FBI agents has named Ivy a suspect in the disappearance of Nicole Moore last December, and the murder of Charlesetta Telford during the summer of 2016.

The Randall County Grand Jury also indicted Patrick Clemons for Conspiracy and Solicitation to Commit Capital Murder for Remuneration.

Clemons is accused of agreeing to kill a person for Ivy.

They also indicted Amber Stone for an Arson tied to Ivy in south Amarillo.
