Ute Pipeline Recieves $2.3 Million in Federal Funds

CLOVIS -- Officials at the Eastern New Mexico Water Utility Authority say they have recieved $2.3 million in federal funds for the 2014 budget.

They had started initially with $600,000 but the federal funds that were added bring it to  $2.3 million.

The project is currently under construction and is expected to finish the intake by August.

The next phase will be to interconnect all member communities within the next 18 months.
