Seven Individuals Face Felony Charges For Drug Trafficking In Quay County

TUCUMCARI -- On August 12, Tucumcari Police arrested Max Jimenez Jr., and Theresa Quintana, both of Tucumcari, N.M.  

Jimenez Jr., was arrested on an outstanding Quay County Magistrate Court Arrest Warrant for Trafficking of Methamphetamine, and conspiracy to commit trafficking of a controlled substance, pursuant to an ongoing methamphetamine operation.  

During the course of the operation, arrest warrants were issued for Max Jimenez Jr., Pete (P.J.) Estrada, La Donna Evans, Hector Dominguez, Agnes (Krissy) Hussman, Mathew Arias and Jolanda Jessie.  All individuals have been arrested with the exception of Estrada, who is still at large.  

Jimenez remains in the custody of the Quay County Detention Center on a Magistrate warrant for Trafficking of a Controlled Substance and Conspiracy to Commit Trafficking of a controlled substance, as well as possession of methamphetamine charges stemming from the execution of the search warrant, and warrants issued in multiple non-related criminal cases for which Jimenez was facing at the time the trafficking warrant was issued.

Quintana also remains in the custody of the Quay County Detention Center on charges of Harboring or Aiding a Felon, Possession of a Controlled Substance (methamphetamine), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
