NM Voters Reject Late-Term Abortion Ban

Voters in Albuquerque, New Mexico, rejected a proposed ban on late-term abortions Tuesday night.

About 45 percent of voters were for it and 55 percent against it.

If the referendum had passed, it would have banned most abortions after 20 weeks.
