SANTA FE -- New Mexico DPS is holding its annual Safety surplus auction on September 7, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. and running until all items are sold.
The auction will take place at the Department of Public Safety’s Complex at 4491 Cerrillos Road in Santa Fe at the driving track on the west end of the complex.
More than 1,000 lots from a variety of state agencies in addition to DPS will go across the auction block during the event, from cars and trucks, to SUVs to boats, trailers, confiscated items, office furniture and equipment.
Pre-registration of bidders will be available during the viewing and inspection of the auction items on Thursday and Friday, September 5th and 6th from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. each day.
