Jazz Up Quesadillas with 505 Southwestern Sauces & Salsas

- Ingredients:
- 505 Southwestern Green Chile Sauce
- 505 Southwestern Roasted Green Chiles
- 505 Southwestern Honey Chipotle Salsa
- Fresh chicken breast or bag of fully cooked chicken strips
- Flour or corn tortillas
- Shredded Mexican cheese
- Tortilla chips

1.  Take a 1/4 pound of fully cooked chicken strips and place in a skillet
2.  Sauté for 5 minutes then add 505 Southwestern Green Chile Sauce
3.  Continue to sauté for another 10 minutes caramelizing the green chile sauce
4.  Take the tortillas and place into another skillet or quesadilla maker
5.  Spread the green chile chicken around all over the tortilla
6.  Add the Mexican cheese and cover with the other tortilla
7.  Heat both sides until golden brown and the cheese has melted
8.  Cut into triangles and spread a little 505 Southwestern Roasted Green Chile over the top
9.  Serve on a plate with tortilla chips and 505 Southwestern Honey Chipotle Salsa
