Clovis, New Mexico - CLOVIS -- Due to the weather conditions forecasted for Saturday, Clovis MainStreet has made the decision to postpone the Christmas Light Parade until December 14 at 6 p.m.
Officials say, "Our primary concern is for the health and safety of participants and attendees - especially the children - who enjoy the parade. The Christmas Light Parade is a community celebration and we look forward to holding it on a day with less frigid conditions."
Parade entries will continue to be accepted at the Chamber of Commerce through Thursday, December 12.
