New Mexico Supreme Court Clears Clovis Man of Criminal Sexual Contact of a Minor Charges

SANTA FE -- The New Mexico Supreme Court clears a man of three counts of criminal sexual contact of a minor.
34-year-old Julian Gutierrez of Clovis was convicted of inappropriately touching a minor back in 2009.
The court ruled the alleged victim lied.
Gutierrez has been cleared of those charges.
