TULIA --      Tulia is calling on some outside help to assist in their search for a new City Manager.
Last week the City Council accepted Andrew Freeman's resignation.
At tonight's public hearing, they named James Davis as the new Interim Manager.
He's currently the city's Finance Director.
The Mayor tells us they'll ask the Panhandle Regional Planning Commission for help finding a permanent replacement.
Here's another part of the hiring carrosel in Tulia.
Jeffery Yarborough who is the current Police Chief stepped down this week as the Assistant City Manager.
Yarborough will stay on with the police force
