Nearly 18,000 immigrants are becoming US citizens in honor of Presidents' Day.

They've been taking oaths of allegiance in 148 naturalization ceremonies across the country since Friday.

The head of the US Citizenship and Immigration Services will deliver the oath to about 75 people today during a naturalization ceremony at the Jimmy Carter Presidential Library and Museum in Atlanta.
