(NBC News) Secretary of State John Kerry is in Iraq this morning trying to convince U.S. allies to press for a change in Iraq's government.
Kerry spent an hour and 40 minutes with Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki. He's also meeting Sunni and Kurdish leaders.
In Egypt, prior to arriving in Iraq, Kerry hinted Iraq needs a new leader.
"The United States would like to see the Iraqi people find leadership that is prepared to represent all of the people of Iraq," he said.
