Inauguration Mired in Scandal
By Jay Gray
(NBC News) New Jersey Governor Chris Christie will be sworn in for a second term today.
His new term starts amid allegations he played political games with Hurricane Sandy relief funds, which his administration has adamantly denied.
"The suggestion that anyone would hold back sandy relief funds for any reason is wholly and completely false," says Lt. Governor Kim Guadagno.
But that's exactly what Hoboken Mayor Dawn Zimmer is claiming.
Zimmer is accusing Guadagno and another key member of Governor Christie's staff of threatening to withhold Sandy relief funds unless she supported a major commercial development project.
