A recent study called Streets Eats, Safe Eats found food trucks are actually cleaner than restaurants in some cities.

A researcher reviewed more than 260,000 food safety inspections in seven big cities.

In six of the cities, food trucks performed better than restaurants averaging fewer sanitation violations.

In each place, a mobile vendor is held to the same rules as restaurants.

Some of the cities in the study are LA, Boston, Las Vegas and Miami.
