Fixed Mortgage Rates Rise For 2nd Week In A Row

Mortgage rates are on the rise again.

The average rate for a 30-year fixed loan jumped to 4.33 percent, according to Freddie Mac.

That's up from 4.28 percent last week.

The average rate for a 15-year fixed loan rose to 3.35 percent.

Mortgage rates are up about a full percentage point since hitting record lows about a year ago.
