Honolulu, Hawaii -
(NBC News) So far no major damage has been reported in the wake of Tropical Storm Iselle.
The storm raked the Hawaiian islands early Friday morning after weakening from hurricane strength overnight.
Heavy winds and downed trees knocked out power to roughly 18,000 residents and flooding was reported in low-lying areas.
Still, the danger hasn't passed. Hurricane Julio, a dangerous Category 3 storm, is still churning in the Pacific and is expected to strike Hawaii later this weekend.
