The House of Representatives is set to vote today, for the 50th time, on a modification to Obamacare.
This one would effectively push back the individual mandate by one year, reducing the penalty for not buying insurance -- to zero.
It's the first such vote since the law took effect on January 1st.
And it's not likely to be taken up in the Senate.
