Teachers and students in Moore, Oklahoma will head back to school this week less than three months after a violent tornado ripped their city apart and severely damaged several schools and facilities.
24 people died in the disaster, including several children.
Monday, teachers and administrators are expected to kick-off the new school year with the "rising from the storm" recovery campaign.
They are expected to get updates on the recovery process and information on school location changes.
Teachers are scheduled to officially head back to the classroom Tuesday.
Students are due to start the new school year on Friday.
