Moore: Solemn Remembrance
By Jay Gray
(NBC News) A single bell tolled 25 times in Moore, Oklahoma Tuesday, once for each victim of the deadly tornado that ripped through the town one year ago.
Later, a moment of silence was held as the battered city paused to look back, then continue their path forward.
The anniversary ceremonies included groundbreaking on a new medical center that will replace the hospital lost to the twister.
Neighborhoods are slowly coming back as well.
"It's a day by day, you have to deal with what has to be done," says Marty Schwab.
Schwab and his wife Kim lost their home to the storm; it's replacement will be finished in the next few weeks.
