Beat the Bloat

- Suzi McKee, Owner of Live Well Fit, offers some ways to look your best before heading to the pool and avoid belly bloating.

Prevention is key. Drink room temperature water first thing in the morning.

Eat a fiber rich breakfast, such as oatmeal with berries and almond milk.

Balance your salt intake by eating bananas, which are high in potassium.

Before you head to the pool, try drinking an herbal peppermint tea to relieve bloating.
