Lawfirm to File Lawsuit Against King's Compounding Pharmacy

The law firm of Glasheen, Valles & Inderman, LLP is filing a lawsuit on behalf of an Amarillo woman this morning.

The lawsuit alleges that in late December 2016, the woman saw an ear, nose and throat doctor for vertigo and tinnitus.

The doctor prescribed a series of injections into the middle of her ear.

The lawsuit claims King’s Compounding Pharmacy improperly mixed the chemicals into a drug. The woman's doctor then administered the drug to the woman in January of 2017.

Immediately after the injection, the woman’s face began to burn with pain, her right upper lip and eye became numb, and within minutes, her face was left paralyzed. The paralysis is expected to be permanent.
