AMARILLO -- Amarillo Police arrested Eric John Davis, 27, for Terroristic Threats and for Criminal Trespassing after he allegedly threatened employees in the Chase Tower.

Amarillo Police responded originally to a call at the Chase Tower on Davis after he trespassed in the bank. Amarillo Police warned Davis not return to the bank.

Davis, who does not have a home address, then returned later demanding money from his non-existent account.

Davis was allegedly making some very irrational statements and was commenting that he knew how to make bombs and knew how to kill people. Due to the comments, Davis was making the bank employees felt like he had the capability to harm them. Davis left before police arrived.

Officers found him in a restroom at the Bus Station at 700 S Tyler and took him into custody.

Davis was booked in the Potter County Correction Center.
