Home and Garden Chores Benefit Elderly

ATLANTA -- Gardening and fixing up your home may help people older than sixty live longer.
    Researchers found these types of routine activities were just as beneficial as formal exercise in lowering your risk for heart disease
           Experts also say people who were merely active through chores such as fixing the car, gardening and home repairs.
           Still had a lower risk than those who were sedentary.
