Girl Scouts Celebrate 102nd Birthday

SAVANNAH, GEORGIA -- The Girl Scouts is blowing out 102 candles on their birthday cake, today.

The organization started in 1912 in Savannah, Georgia.

It started out with only 18 members and was founded by Juliette "Daisy" Gordon low.

Today, the Girl Scouts now have more than three-million members.

And today, more than 59 million women in the US are Girl Scout alumnae.
