AMARILLO -- The Government Accountability Office is dismissing a protest filed by Nuclear Production partners.
The company filed the protest in response to the NNSA's decision to give the security contract at Pantex and at the Y-12 National Security Complex to another company.
Nuclear Production Partners is the parent company of Babcock and Wilcox. The company that currently provides security at the plants.
B & W says it's disappointed with the decision and says it will continue to evaluate its options.
