Study-Teens Meet Screen-Time Guidelines
Kids in the US are sitting in front of TV's and computer screens a bit too much.
That is a recent finding of a government study.
Researchers found that only 27-percent of youth ages 12 to 15 meet the recommended limit of two hours or less in front of a TV or computer.
Excessive screen-time behaviors have been linked to high blood pressure and obesity.
