PAMPA -- Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center is giving women in the rural Texas Panhandle access to breast
care by providing outpatient clinic time with its physicians in Pampa.
Patients will be able to speak with experts about breast cancer, breast health and other topics. Clinic hours will be the second Friday of every month.
TTUHSC will host an education session at in the Pampa Regional Medical Center cafeteria at 10 a.m. titled, “Knowing Everything You Should (KEYS) About Breast Cancer.” Attendees will be able to learn the risk factors of breast cancer, what you can do if you are diagnosed, and the three most common breast problems.
The program will also feature a Question and Answer session led by Janine Pettiford, M.D. for those who attend.
